Job summary

Peregrine Resorts is hiring a hotel cook to prepare orders efficiently while maintaining kitchen cleanliness and safety. You will set up and break down stations, cook for meals, and collaborate with team members to deliver quality pastries and dishes during busy service windows.

Requirements include 1–2 years of hotel or high-end restaurant cooking experience, a high school diploma, and preferred culinary certification. Flexibility for holidays, nights, and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years experience as a cook in a hotel or high-end restaurant preferred.
• High school diploma; culinary certification preferred.
• Ability to speak and understand and communicate the primary language used in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food orders efficiently and maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitation.
• Follow 4 Keys service standards, SOPs, and safety standards.
• Complete opening duties and set up the station.
• Cook for the scheduled meal periods and manage closing duties.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the station and service areas.
• Work cohesively with co-workers and other departments as part of a team.
• Adhere to attendance and reliability standards.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.
