Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts in Guam is seeking a part-time line cook to work in our hotel kitchen. The role requires preparing meals to standard recipes, maintaining safety, and supporting the chef with daily operations.

You must have at least a high school diploma, food-handling certification, and the ability to work weekends and holidays. Prior kitchen experience is preferred, with flexibility for buffet, à la carte, and live station service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• One year food preparation experience is preferred.
• Must be able to obtain a government-issued Food Handler's Certification.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and during inclement weather.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals following the chef supervisor's instructions and standard recipes.
• Support team in all kitchen activities to ensure high-quality food is served on time.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards in the kitchen area.
• Promote teamwork and coordinate with managers and other departments.
