Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management seeks a diligent Kitchen Steward to transport and sanitize utensils, support cooks and servers, and keep the dining area and equipment in pristine condition. The role operates around a 24/7 shift pattern requiring flexibility and teamwork.

Responsibilities include washing dishes, maintaining machines, cleaning floors, and adhering to safety guidelines while supporting the overall guest experience and hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Hold a current Food Handler Card.
• Knowledge of service ware and how to maintain it to support guest experience.
• Ability to operate a commercial kitchen dish machine per standards.
• Comply with product labeling instructions for safe use.

Responsibilities

• Promptly sort soiled ware for dish machine processing.
• Wash all ware quickly and replace in storage areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of floors, kettles, pots, and pans.
• Follow safety and security procedures; report accidents or unsafe conditions.
• Assist other kitchen personnel as needed.
