Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a Kitchen Steward/Dishwasher to support the hotel’s kitchen operations in Park City, UT. The role involves transporting and cleaning cookware and service ware, enabling cooks and servers to perform guest service efficiently.

Position requires diligent adherence to health standards, safety procedures, and the hotel’s policies. The hotel operates 24/7, demanding flexible shift scheduling and teamwork across shifts.

Qualifications

• Hold a current Food Handler Card.
• Knowledge of service ware and how to maintain same to compliment guest experience.
• Ability to operate commercial kitchen dish machine in accordance with hotel and health department standards.
• Ability to comprehend and apply written product labeling instructions to enable safe application of products and processes.

Responsibilities

• Sort soiled ware and wash to proper standards for dish machine processing.
• Keep dish machine clean and filled with water as per hotel standards.
• Clean kettles, skillets, pots and pans promptly to support cooks.
• Perform general cleaning tasks per supervisor to meet health standards.
• Maintain clean floors to prevent slip hazards and ensure safety.
• Assist other kitchen personnel when needed.
