• Knowledge of service ware and how to maintain same to compliment guest experience.
• Ability to operate commercial kitchen dish machine per hotel/health standards.
• Ability to comprehend and apply written product labeling instructions.

Responsibilities

• Sort soiled ware for dish machine to ensure proper cleaning.
• Wash all ware promptly and replace in storage areas.
• Keep dish machine clean and filled per standards.
• Clean kettles, pots and pans promptly to support cooks.
