Qualifications

• Knowledge of proper dishwashing procedures and hygiene standards.
• Ability to operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ability to follow written labeling instructions for products and cleaners.

Responsibilities

• Promptly sort soiled ware for dish machine processing.
• Wash and replace ware; keep storage areas organized.
• Maintain clean dish machine and keep it filled with water.
• Clean pots, kettles, and other cookware promptly for cooks.
• Perform routine cleaning to meet health standards and hotel policies.
• Keep floors clean to prevent slips; assist with linen separation.
• Follow safety procedures and report unsafe conditions or incidents.
• Present a neat, clean appearance as per handbook; assist team as needed.
