Driftwood Hospitality Management’s Park City property seeks a dedicated dishwashing team member to support cooks and service staff. You will transport and clean utensils, ensuring guests experience clean equipment and a safe dining environment.

The hotel operates 24/7, so shifts vary in start times and days. The role requires a Food Handler Card, knowledge of service ware, and the ability to operate a commercial dish machine per hotel and health standards, contributing to a safe, efficient

Qualifications

• Hold a current Food Handler Card.
• Knowledge of service ware and how to maintain same to compliment guest experience.
• Ability to operate commercial kitchen dish machine in accordance with hotel and health department standards.
• Ability to comprehend and apply written product labeling instructions to enable safe application of products and processes.

Responsibilities

• Sort soiled ware and run it through the dish/pot machine promptly and carefully.
• Wash all ware and replace in storage areas as designated.
• Keep dish machine properly cleaned and filled with water.
• Clean kettles, skillets, pots and pans promptly and completely.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to adhere to health standards.
• Maintain clean and dry floors to prevent slips.
• Assist other kitchen personnel as needed.
• Follow safety and security procedures and rules.
