Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management seeks a dedicated dishwasher to support cooks, bus persons and servers by supplying clean utensils and service ware for guest dining experiences. The role also requires cleaning surrounding areas and adhering to health standards.

Responsibilities include sorting, washing, and returning ware, keeping dish machines clean, and assisting kitchen staff as needed. Flexibility with shifts and adherence to safety procedures are essential.

Qualifications

• Hold a current Food Handler Card.
• Knowledge of service ware and how to maintain same to compliment guest experience.
• Ability to operate commercial kitchen dish machine in accordance with hotel and health department standards.

Responsibilities

• Sort soiled ware promptly and carefully for washing.
• Wash all ware and replace in storage areas as designated.
• Maintain cleanliness of dish machines, kettles, pots and pans and floors.
• Follow all safety and security procedures and rules.
• Assist other kitchen personnel as needed.
