Job summary

HVMG is seeking a part-time Cook to prepare high-quality meals in a fast-paced hotel kitchen. You will work with the culinary team to ensure timely, safe, and delicious food service for guests, following standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.

This role offers potential to grow into full-time, with shifts including evenings and weekends. Hotel experience is a plus; you should be able to read labels, communicate with guests, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Sufficient education and/or literacy needed to read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious and fresh meals behind our hotel's dining experiences.
• Follow recipes, maintain safety and quality standards, and keep a clean kitchen.
• Report to the Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager.
• A career as a cook can lead to opportunities as a line cook, sous chef, or executive chef within the hospitality industry
