Qualifications

• Associates degree in IT or related field (or equivalent education/experience).
• Strong knowledge of O365, Microsoft Office, and network technologies (TCP/IP, SMTP, Ethernet).
• Proficient with desktop/mobile OS and hardware; experience with AV support.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for PMS, POS, and resort systems.
• Monitor and administer the network, workstations, servers, and backups.
• Install/repair computers and related equipment; train staff on systems.
• Maintain inventories and assist IT on projects; enforce company policies.
