Job summary

Edge Communications is seeking an Onsite IT Support Technician for a major hotel in Honolulu to provide desktop support and act as smart hands for third-party vendors’ platforms such as Wi-Fi, PBX, and Point of Sale.

You will set up, deploy and maintain end-user equipment, assist users with desktops and printers, and ensure timely ticket closure with detailed documentation. Hospitality familiarity and flexible scheduling are valued.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Windows desktop/server operating systems (including Exchange).
• Experience with O365 and Active Directory is required.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills applied to IT support.

Responsibilities

• Assist users with desktops, printers, and connected devices.
• Set up, deploy, and maintain end-user equipment.
• Follow up with clients to ensure resolution is complete and satisfactory.
• Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely information in ticketing system.
