Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2–3 years IT support experience.
• A+ Certification.
• Strong communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with follow-through.
• Experience in hospitality technology is preferred.
• Knowledge of MS Office, Active Directory, and networking environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and upgrade PCs, laptops, and related equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on IT systems.
• Patch software and ensure LAN/WAN connectivity for devices.
• Assist with low voltage cabling and basic mounting for hotel tech projects.
• Manage and repair critical systems (PMS, POS, PBX, FTG) with vendors.
• Perform server backups and restoration tasks.
• Set up and maintain locally connected and network printers.
• Connect peripheral equipment as needed.
