Qualifications

• 1 year of IT support experience required.
• Proficiency with Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of IT support experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IT systems and networks.
• Monitor and maintain the security of our IT infrastructure.
• Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.
