• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent).
• 2–3 years hotel IT experience with hands-on PMS/POS exposure.
• Strong communicator; able to train non-technical staff.
• Able to prioritize in fast-paced, evolving environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in pre-opening deployment of Opera PMS, SilverWare POS, PBX, and Wi‑Fi systems.
• Maintain security, patching, and device management across networks.
• Coordinate with vendors and lead UAT, SOPs, and staff training.
• Provide ongoing operations support and guest‑facing technology troubleshooting.
