Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking an experienced Hotel IT Manager for The Elysee NYC. The role focuses on ensuring all technology and systems operate smoothly, coordinating with IT vendors, and overseeing IT budgets and projects across the hotel.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in hospitality IT, be available on weekdays with weekend flexibility, and demonstrate strong communication and project management skills to support hotel operations and ownership needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hospitality IT experience is highly preferred.
• Open weekday availability and ability to work weekends when necessary.
• Experience dealing with multiple hotel associates, corporate associates, IT vendors/partnerships, as well as ownership.
• Proficient in task/project management, including project management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

Description

The Hotel IT Manager at The Elysee NYC responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring all technology & systems are working properly
• Coordinating with vendors and IT partners to ensure quality and timely technical support.
• Overall responsibilities include project management, vendor management, oversight of pre-opening/IT budgets, general technical support, and other technical tasks and functions.
• Additionally, this individual will be responsible for keeping all stakeholders within the hotel, as well as key vendors, corporate and ownership, up-to-date as it relates to systems and various IT projects.
• Assisting with the deployment of all new hotel systems/platforms during, maintaining current systems, upgrading future systems, maintaining inventories, conducting on-site training to promote efficient operations and answer questions to avoid or resolve systems-related problems, establish policies and procedures, purchase operating equipment, budgeting computer-related items, and maintain relationships with corporate office and the corporate Crescent Technology team.

Qualifications

1. 3+ years of hospitality IT experience is highly preferred
