Job summary

Remington Hospitality in Baltimore is seeking a courteous banquet staff assistant to support events from setup to service.

Responsibilities

• Make arrangements for equipment for guest functions, ensuring accuracy before staff arrival for room setup.
• Assist Banquet staff in room setup; ensure guest and buffet tables and equipment are set up correctly; reference BEOs.
• Schedule staff for pre-meal assignments and function stations; inform them of special requests or instructions.
• Inspect food for quality and presentation before serving; keep open communication with the kitchen about changes or special instructions.

• Assist the Banquet staff in room set up. Make sure all guest tables, buffet tables and equipment are set up correctly. Ensure all requests and needs are met, referencing BEO's.
