Job summary

Hotel Indigo Baltimore Downtown is seeking a dedicated Banquet Staff member to support guest functions. You will prepare equipment, assist with room setup according to BEOs, and ensure all tables and stations are correctly arranged for events.

Responsibilities include scheduling pre-meal assignments, coordinating with the kitchen, and delivering professional service under pressure, including nights, weekends, and holidays when needed.

Responsibilities

• Inspect food for quality and presentation and communicate changes with kitchen team
