Hotel Indigo Baltimore Downtown is seeking a part-time guest services / banquet server to support event operations and guest experiences in a vibrant downtown setting.

You will assist with setup, serve beverages, ensure food quality, and maintain high service standards while collaborating with kitchen and event staff. This role requires strong communication and a team-first attitude.

What you will be doing

• Review BEO's for menu details, room setup, food, beverage and audio visual needs.
• Assist the set up staff in table set up, buffet set up, bar set up, etc.
• Check quality and presentation of food before serving.
• Prepare and serve beverages for the function.
• Provide prompt and professional service to all guests.
• Communicate with Kitchen keeping update on any changes.
