Job summary

Hotel Indigo Baltimore Downtown is seeking a part-time banquet/food & beverage support person to assist with event setup, beverage service, and guest care. You will work closely with the kitchen and setup teams to ensure flawless execution of events in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes outstanding guest service, strong communication, and teamwork, with shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Check quality and presentation of food before serving.
• Prepare and serve beverages for the function.
• Provide prompt and professional service to all guests.
• Communicate with Kitchen keeping update on any changes.
