Grand Casinos at Mille Lacs Mille Lacs Corporate Ventures seeks a Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor to coordinate and direct housekeeping activities, ensuring exceptional cleanliness in guest rooms. You will guide attendants, manage supplies, and uphold brand standards with strong safety practices.

The role requires leadership experience in housekeeping, the ability to obtain a GRA license, and commitment to high performance in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of housekeeping, hospitality, or related operations experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Must be able to obtain license from Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA).
• Must comply with Detailed Gaming Regulations (DGRs).
• Mille Lacs Band member and American Indian preference exercised in hiring.

Responsibilities

• Guide, support, and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure high cleanliness standards in guest rooms.
• Coordinate maintenance work orders for guestroom furnishings and equipment.
• Conduct routine room inspections and delegate tasks to address cleaning needs and safety hazards.
• Monitor linens, chemicals, and amenities; restock as needed.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards and update MSDS and safety regulations.
• Prepare reports and contribute ideas to improve productivity and cost-efficiency.
• Maintain staffing levels and mentor Associates to maximize morale and output.
