Grand Casino Mille Lacs & Hinckley is seeking a Hotel Housekeeping Manager to oversee the housekeeping and laundry departments, ensuring top-notch cleanliness and guest satisfaction. You will lead staffing, manage budgets, and coordinate with external service providers to uphold brand standards and regulatory requirements.

The role requires five years of supervisory hotel experience, a valid Gaming Regulatory Authority license, and a commitment to the Mille Lacs Band traditions where applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hotel supervisory experience.
• License from Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA) required.
• Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference exercised in hiring.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct all activities for the Hotel Housekeeping department to meet cleanliness standards and guest satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and monthly variance reports for housekeeping and laundry operations.
• Oversee staffing: interviewing, scheduling, coaching, and development of associates.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and regulatory requirements; maintain safety and hygiene practices.
• Monitor external vendors and ensure quality of service and adherence to hotel procedures.
• Address guest complaints and take corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
