Grand Casino Mille Lacs is seeking a Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the Housekeeping Department, ensuring exceptional cleanliness in all guest rooms and common areas. You will guide and train staff, coordinate maintenance, and enforce safety and brand standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to motivate a team during peak periods while maintaining high guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising housekeeping staff or similar; ability to assign tasks and monitor outcomes.
• Strong verbal and written communication to guide and report to management.
• Experience training associates and mentoring peers in a hospitality setting.
• Exceptional attention to cleanliness and details in guest rooms and common areas.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and MSDS handling; willingness to train others.
• Proven ability to motivate teams and maintain high morale during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Guide and supervise Room Attendants and Junior Ambassadors in daily tasks to achieve high cleanliness standards.
• Coordinate maintenance work orders for guestroom furnishings and repairs.
• Inspect guestrooms for cleaning needs, safety hazards, and repairs; delegate tasks as needed.
• Monitor linens, chemicals, and amenities; reorder and restock as required.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety regulations; update MSDS as needed.
• Maintain staffing levels and report incidents affecting operations or guest services.
