Job summary
Grand Casino Mille Lacs is seeking a Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor in Onamia, MN. You will guide and supervise room attendants and ambassadors, coordinate maintenance, and ensure exceptional cleanliness across all guest rooms.

Qualifications
- 1 year housekeeping or related operations experience overseeing others.
- Ability to obtain/maintain Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA) license.
- Excellent attention to detail to meet cleanliness standards.
- Strong verbal and written communication to instruct staff and report issues.
Responsibilities
- Guide, support, and supervise room attendants and junior ambassadors.
- Coordinate maintenance work orders for guestroom furnishings.
- Inspect guestrooms for cleaning needs, safety hazards, and repairs.
- Monitor linens, chemicals, and amenities; reorder as needed.
- Maintain MSDS books and ensure safety regulations are followed.
- Record incidents, damages, and escalate to management.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports; suggest productivity improvements.
- Motivate team to maximize productivity and morale.
- Assist in staffing and peer mentoring; provide training.
