Job summary

Grand Casinos Mille Lacs & Hinckley is seeking a Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor to coordinate and direct all activities in the Housekeeping Department, ensuring exceptional cleanliness in guest rooms.

You will guide Room Attendants and Junior Ambassadors, manage maintenance work orders, and uphold health, safety, and brand standards while mentoring associates and optimizing productivity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of housekeeping or related operations experience in a supervisory role overseeing others.
• Must be able to secure license from Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA).
• Responsible for following Detailed Gaming Regulations (DGRs).
• Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference may be exercised in hiring.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise housekeeping staff to maintain high cleanliness standards in guest rooms.
• Inspect guestrooms for cleaning needs, safety hazards, and repair requirements; delegate tasks as needed.
• Monitor linens, chemicals, and amenities; reorder supplies when necessary.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards and MSDS/safety regulations; provide training as needed.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and suggest productivity and cost-efficiency improvements.
• Maintain staffing levels and support peak hours to minimize guest wait times.
