Job summary

Vision Hospitality Group, Inc. is seeking a proactive Housekeeping Manager to lead the housekeeping team and ensure guest rooms and corridors meet our high cleanliness standards. You may assist in cleaning rooms when needed, while promoting a culture of teamwork and exceptional guest service across shifts.

Responsibilities include staff training, adherence to SOPs, and maintaining brand standards. You will ensure safety, efficiency, and a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Experience managing housekeeping teams in hospitality preferred.
• Strong knowledge of safety and cleaning standards.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping staff to maintain guest rooms and corridors to brand standards.
• Assist in cleaning rooms when needed to support operations.
• Train and develop staff to meet training requirements and SOPs.
• Ensure rooms are guest-ready before release to front desk; report deficiencies.
• Provide courteous, personalized service to guests and associates.
• Ensure security and safe operations of hotel assets and guests.
