Vision Hospitality Group, Inc. is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead room cleaning and public areas upkeep, while supporting guest satisfaction and team growth. The role requires hands-on involvement, adherence to brand standards, and a commitment to our ONE TEAM. ONE VISION. culture across properties.

Responsibilities include staff supervision, training, and ensuring rooms meet high cleanliness standards, with flexibility to assist in cleaning when needed.

Formación

• Maintain confidentiality of company information and guest data.
• Ensure safety and security of guests, staff, and hotel assets.
• Knowledge of fire alarm systems and evacuation procedures.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise housekeeping staff to maintain guest rooms and corridors.
• Assist in cleaning rooms when needed to meet guest expectations.
• Promote internal growth programs and live the company culture.
• Ensure rooms are guest ready with brand-standard cleanliness.
• Provide friendly, personalized service to guests and colleagues.
• Report deficiencies and equipment issues to maintenance.
• Help make beds, change linens, and manage supplies.
• Keep areas clean, including mirrors, shelves, and windowsills.
• Maintain bathrooms to brand standards and replenish supplies.
