Vision Hospitality Group, Inc. is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor (Inspector) to lead the housekeeping team in maintaining pristine guest rooms and corridors. The role supports a culture of teamwork, safety, and exceptional service while ensuring operations align with the ONE TEAM. ONE VISION. philosophy.

The Supervisor may assist in cleaning rooms as needed and must uphold brand standards, safety, and hospitality excellence to create an outstanding guest experience.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms and corridors.
• Assist in cleaning rooms when needed.
• Ensure rooms are guest-ready before release to front desk.
• Train and mentor staff to meet brand standards and SOPs.
• Report deficiencies or equipment issues to maintenance and leadership.
• Provide courteous, personalized service to guests and associates.
