Dimension Hospitality Group is seeking a hands-on Housekeeping Manager to lead daily hotel operations, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet high cleanliness and safety standards. You will oversee staffing, scheduling, training, and quality control while maintaining clear interdepartmental communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily housekeeping operations, including room assignments and workflow.
• Train, supervise, and support housekeeping, laundry, and house person teams.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and quality.
• Maintain inventory of linens, chemicals, and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and brand standards.
• Resolve guest requests and housekeeping related concerns.
• Support deep cleaning projects and operational improvements.
• Communicate room readiness and updates to the front office.
• Assist with scheduling, performance management, and staff development.
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and departmental records.
