Dimension Hospitality is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms and public areas are clean, safe, and guest-ready. You will support staffing, scheduling, training, and quality control while maintaining strong interdepartmental communication.

Responsibilities include leading room assignments, training supervisors, inspecting rooms, managing inventory, and upholding safety and brand standards.

Formación

• Previous housekeeping leadership experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily housekeeping operations including room assignments and workflow.
• Train, supervise, and support housekeeping, laundry, and house person teams.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and quality.
• Maintain inventory of linens, chemicals, and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and brand standards.
• Resolve guest requests and housekeeping related concerns.
• Support deep cleaning projects and operational improvements.
• Communicate room readiness and updates to the front office.
• Assist with scheduling, performance management, and staff development.
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and departmental records.
