Vision Hospitality Group is hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor to maintain guest room cleanliness and superior service across corridors. You will help train and support the housekeeping team, ensuring brand standards and a guest-ready environment. The role requires flexibility to cover 24/7 operations and strong safety awareness.

You’ll contribute to an inviting, efficient hotel experience for our guests. The position emphasizes teamwork, initiative, and living our ONE TEAM. ONE VISION.

Qualifications

• Must be able to bend, reach, kneel, push, and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in writing, verbally, and in person.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule; 24/7 business which may require nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be responsible for safety and security of guests, fellow associates and hotel assets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and corridors; assist in cleaning when needed.
• Provide courteous, pleasant responses to guest requests to create a comfortable stay.
• Roll up sleeves to support the team and align with ONE TEAM. ONE VISION.
• Ensure rooms meet brand standards and are guest-ready before release to front desk.
• Assist in safety, maintenance reporting, and daily housekeeping operations.
