TPG Hotels & Resorts in Alexandria, VA seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the daily cleaning operations and ensure rooms and public areas meet our hygiene standards. You will hire, train, and supervise staff, inspect areas for quality, and coordinate with other departments to provide excellent guest service.

The role requires strong leadership, fluency in English and Spanish, and a focus on safety and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school education; hospitality management training preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of housekeeping principles and cleaning equipment.
• Ability to operate a computer, phone and office equipment.

Responsabilités

• Supervise housekeeping staff; hire, train, and schedule room attendants and cleaners.
• Provide coaching on cleaning techniques, safety, and customer service.
• Inspect guest rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and brand standards.
• Address maintenance needs and monitor supplies for cost efficiency.
• Handle guest complaints related to housekeeping and resolve promptly.
• Enforce PPE and safety protocols; ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Coordinate with front desk and maintenance for smooth operations.
• Report operational updates to hotel management.
