TPG Hotels & Resorts Augusta, GA is seeking a Full-Time Housekeeping Supervisor to support the Executive Housekeeper and lead daily housekeeping operations. This management role oversees staff, enforces cleaning standards, and drives guest satisfaction in a fast-paced hotel environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and a focus on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; hospitality management degree advantageous.
• Minimum 2+ years in a supervisory/managerial role in housekeeping.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to lead a diverse team.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily housekeeping operations and staff.
• Assist in creating daily department schedules and assigning duties.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide staff feedback.
• Provide ongoing training to improve efficiency and standards.
• Enforce cleaning standards, safety regulations, and quality control.
• Monitor room cleanliness and public areas for guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with maintenance and front desk for timely room status and issues.
