Job summary

TPG Hotels & Resorts seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet cleanliness and safety standards. The role includes staff hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching to deliver exceptional service.

You will inspect spaces for quality, manage safety protocols, and coordinate with other departments to support seamless guest experiences across the property.

Qualifications

• High school education; hospitality management or related experience preferred.
• Familiarity with hospitality industry practices preferred.
• Knowledge of housekeeping principles and cleaning equipment/supplies.
• Ability to operate a computer, phone and other office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping staff and operations to ensure cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas.
• Assist in hiring, training, and supervising staff; assign tasks and schedules for coverage.
• Provide feedback and address employee issues or conflicts.
• Inspect rooms and spaces to ensure adherence to hotel standards and safety.
• Address maintenance and repair needs and monitor cleaning supplies usage for cost efficiency.
• Handle guest complaints related to housekeeping and resolve promptly.
• Enforce PPE use and safety protocols; ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Coordinate with front desk and maintenance teams to support guest services.
