Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Head Housekeeper to lead the Housekeeping team on a shift quota basis, train attendants, and inspect rooms, suites, and public areas to ensure cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

The role requires prior casino experience (6 months to 1 year) or related training, ability to communicate in English, and compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
• Trains and mentors Guest Room Attendants on cleaning methods and product usage.

Responsibilities

• Trains new and existing Guest Room Attendants in cleaning methods and product usage.
• Routinely inspects rooms, suites, and public areas for cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Must be able to push/pull a linen cart weighing 50-70 pounds when loaded.
• Ensures proper bed making and linen supply handling.
• Performs sanitation and cleaning duties in bathrooms and rooms as needed.
