Drury Hotels is seeking a results-driven Sales Associate to convert leads into bookings, expand cross-selling across the hotel portfolio, and build lasting accounts. You will engage with prospects, tailor quotes, and help maximize occupancy across our portfolio.

In a fast-paced team, you will follow up on leads, adhere to guidelines, and collaborate with internal teams to drive revenue and guest satisfaction. This role is based on-site in the St. Louis area.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales lead prospecting and account acquisition.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Turn leads into opportunities through prompt follow-up and compelling outreach.
• Identify growth opportunities from sales leads and cross-sell our hotel portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal teams to secure accounts and quotes.
