Job summary

McKibbon is seeking a General Manager to lead hotel operations in Florida, ensuring outstanding guest service, financial performance and brand compliance. You will oversee staffing, training, budgeting and payroll while steering revenue growth and maintaining high standards across departments.

You will report to the Regional VP of Operations, mentor a large team, and act as the face of the property in the community. Travel and leadership excellence are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates/Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Minimum 3 years as hotel General Manager.
• Experience with major brands (Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt) preferred.
• Strong leadership and guest service track record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations to achieve guest satisfaction and financial goals.
• Lead and develop a large team to deliver high service standards.
• Manage budgets, cost controls and payroll in collaboration with leadership.
• Forecast, analyze financial reports and drive revenue through pricing and packages.
• Lead emergency responses and ensure brand standards and safety.
