Job summary

McKibbon Hospitality seeks a General Manager to lead hotel operations, drive guest satisfaction, and manage financial performance. You will oversee staff, budgeting, and compliance, while partnering with corporate teams to meet brand standards and strategic goals.

You will act as the face of the property in the local community, ensuring high-quality service, safety, and profitability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associates Degree required.
• 3+ years' experience as a hotel general manager.
• Experience with major hotel brands preferred (Marriott/Hilton/Hyatt).

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage a large team to deliver high service levels and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations and ensure compliance with brand standards and policies.
• Develop and manage hotel budgets, forecast revenue and control costs.
• Coordinate with corporate functions (HR, Accounting, Revenue) to hit goals.
• Represent the property in the community and maintain strong relationships with owners and vendors.
