SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Lexington, KY is seeking a Hotel General Manager to lead all aspects of the property, from Front Office to F&B, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and strong financial performance.

You will set budgets, monitor RevPAR and ADR, manage a diverse team, and collaborate with ownership and operators to grow business.

This full-time role requires hospitality leadership, strategic planning, and a hands-on approach to daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 2–5+ years in hotel/hospitality, with 1–3 years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, budgeting, revenue and guest services.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams.
• Excellent budgeting, forecasting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with hotel property-management systems and common software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead all hotel operations across departments.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve guest satisfaction and profitability.
• Set annual budgets, forecasts, and operating targets.
• Monitor revenue metrics (ADR, RevPAR, occupancy) and drive performance.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development of management team.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and brand standards.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to grow business.
• Represent hotel in local community and industry groups.
