• Demonstrated leadership across departments.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily hotel operations and departments to achieve high guest satisfaction.
• Drive revenue growth through sales strategies and cost control.
• Prepare budgets and financial reports for ownership groups, review budgets and P&L with leadership.
• Ensure compliance with brand and corporate standards.
• Recruit, train, and develop hotel staff; mentor department leaders.
