The role emphasizes hands-on operations, staff development, and ownership of performance metrics, with a focus on maintaining quality and profitability across all hotel functions.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or business is a plus but not a requirement; equivalent experience welcome
• Proven ability to understand and manage a P&L, control labor, and hit financial targets
• Experience with hotel property management and accounting systems, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office

Aufgaben

• Revenue Management: work with Revenue Manager and Corporate Sales Manager on market conditions and events
• Guest Experience: train staff for guest service excellence and handle upset guests
• Property and Product Quality: maintain condition and coordinate with maintenance and regional/corporate leadership
• PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS: walk, stand, lift, travel as needed and work extended hours
