Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with managers and supervisors to meet or exceed the hotel's financial budget and guest service goals
• Develop managers professionally and personally
• Establish consistent operating procedures and ensure they are followed
• Motivate staff to maintain a productive, positive and safe work environment
• Schedule staff to meet guest needs while managing labor budgets
• Oversee HR and accounting functions, budgeting and forecasting
• Assist in developing annual marketing plans and revenue strategies
• Participate in weekly revenue management and sales strategy calls
• Ensure staff training to hotel standards across departments
• Conduct daily stand-up meetings to keep teams informed
• Maintain cleanliness and inspect areas to meet standards
• Manage inventories for housekeeping and front office items
• Coordinate with Engineering on maintenance and equipment
• Stay updated on competition and hospitality trends
• Maintain flexible scheduling to cover shifts
• Review assignments and follow up with managers
