Job summary

Lodging Dynamics is seeking a General Manager in Moab, UT to lead the hotel's strategy and daily operations. Qualifications

• Minimum six years of hotel/hospitality experience.
• Minimum four years of progressive leadership in hotel operations or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, hires, trains, counsels and motivates all team members.
• Supervises department heads and enforces policies and performance.
• Oversees payroll, budget preparation, and labor scheduling.
• Conducts department head appraisals and bonus calculations where applicable.
• Ensures guest services, safety, and compliance with regulations.
