Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in hotel management or GM role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a 6-12 member team, providing hands-on guidance.
• Maintain guest readiness and address guest concerns to protect review scores.
• Manage budgets, labor, occupancy, and P&L to ensure smooth operations.
• Drive sales and local marketing to boost occupancy and relationships.
