Job summary

The General Manager will oversee recruiting, coaching, and enforcement of company policies, reporting to ESA Management, LLC.

• Manages labor with budgeted standards and productivity reports.
• Oversees cash handling and guest balances with corporate procedures.
• Ensures compliance with ESA standards and policies.
