Hilton Garden Inn Cincinnati Northeast is seeking a General Manager to lead daily hotel operations and ensure clean, friendly service for guests. You will supervise staff, implement brand standards, and monitor safety and maintenance programs to deliver exceptional experiences.

The role demands strong leadership, clear communication, and a proactive approach to coaching and development across all departments.

• Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure cleanliness and friendly service.
• Onboard and develop staff, monitor checklists and handovers.
• Audit processes and produce timely daily reports and feedback.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards and safety procedures.
• Coach team members and manage schedules and timekeeping.
• Drive guest satisfaction scores and training development.
• Manage inventory, purchasing workflow, and invoicing.
