Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three years of hotel/guest-service leadership, with at least two years in supervision.
• Experience managing a hotel of similar size and complexity preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and project-management capabilities.
• Leadership presence, interpersonal effectiveness, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Ability to operate independently, make sound decisions, and lead under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership to all hotel departments, aligning with brand standards.
• Drive financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, revenue management, and cost control.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team through coaching and accountability.
• Champion an exceptional guest experience through proactive communication and service recovery.
• Oversee staffing, equipment, maintenance priorities, and renovation planning.
• Cultivate relationships with suppliers, travel partners, and community stakeholders.
• Conduct regular property inspections and enforce safety and brand standards.
• Serve as the property’s ambassador with professionalism and integrity.
• Perform additional executive duties as assigned by ownership or senior leadership.
