Job summary

J&P Hospitality Management, LLC is seeking a General Manager to lead hotel operations, drive revenue, and manage a high-performing team. You will oversee daily activities, implement strategic plans, and ensure service excellence across all departments to maximize GOP and guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, sales acumen, and adherence to company programs. On-site position with full benefits and commission eligibility based on performance.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of General Manager experience.
• Experience in hospitality, service, restaurants, or retail settings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Clear verbal and written English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead hotel operations to meet budget and GOP targets.
• Drive sales growth through property-level initiatives.
• Oversee staffing, guest service, maintenance, safety, and compliance.
• Coordinate with Sales and Revenue teams to optimize pricing and market share.
• Ensure brand standards and financial controls are followed.
