Comfort Suites Independence seeks a dynamic General Manager to lead our dedicated team. The GM will oversee all hotel operations, motivate managers, engage with guests, and drive a profitable business that delivers a superior guest experience.

You will manage front office, housekeeping, breakfast, maintenance, night audit, and sales; recruit, train and retain top talent; work with departments to meet budgets; monitor monthly financials and deliver strong performance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations across front office, housekeeping, breakfast, maintenance, night audit, guest satisfaction, and sales.
• Market the hotel's quality products and services to exceed guest expectations.
• Provide sales leadership and implement plans to achieve profitability goals.
• Recruit, hire, train and retain top talent to deliver a WOW guest experience.
• Supervise and mentor hotel staff to motivate performance.
• Deliver fast and caring guest assistance.
• Collaborate with departments to meet budgets and build strong relationships.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of the hotel.
• Create and track the annual budget and monitor performance.
• Produce and explain monthly financial reports.
• Deliver strong financial performance while maintaining guest relations.
• Engage with other General Managers for collaboration and learning.
