InnVentures IVI LP is seeking a General Manager for Residence Inn Cleveland Independence, OH. Lead hotel teams, uphold shared values, mentor staff, and drive personalized guest service to achieve strong financial performance for ownership.

Formación

• 5+ years progressive experience in a hotel or related field; or a 4-year college degree with 2+ years related experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all staff and guests.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.
• Maintain warm, friendly demeanor at all times.
• Must maintain confidentiality of information.

Responsabilidades

• Interview, hire, train, support, coach and mentor department managers and their teams.
• Champion great service and empower staff to care for guests.
• Cultivate guest relationships to develop loyalty and satisfaction.
• Resolve guest and employee issues using problem‑solving skills.
• Monitor daily tasks to ensure SOPs are followed.
• Assist with benefits administration, payroll and HR tasks including recognition.
• Support sales efforts and contribute to revenue growth.
• Ensure proper emergency procedures are communicated and followed.
• Conduct property inspections for cleanliness, safety, and security.
• Plan for success with staff meetings and action plans.
