Job summary

InnVite Hospitality is seeking a dependable, hands-on General Manager to lead the daily operations of our limited-service hotel in Ohio. This role emphasizes guest satisfaction, team leadership, financial performance, and strong problem-solving while working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

The GM will oversee front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance, stepping in across departments to ensure smooth operations and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns promptly.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance.
• Monitor occupancy, revenue, and expenses to drive performance.
• Maintain property standards, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with ownership or regional management on reporting and goals.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and team development.
